Please bid competitively on my behalf on the
following lot(s) up to the top limit on my bid. I understand the
purchase price will be the total of the final bid plus a 15% buyer's
premium of the final bid, together with Maine sales tax of 5%
when applicable. All bids shall be treated as offers made on condition
of sale and purchases must be paid in full upon receipt of invoice.



Bidders attending the auction will have precedence
if their bid is a tie between them and an absentee bid. In the
event of a tie bid between absentee bidders, the earliest bid
received will have precedence. Bruce A. Buxton, Inc. offers absentee
bidding as a convenience and will not be held responsible for
any errors or failure to execute bids.



To ensure that all bids will
be accepted and recorded, buyers should complete the information
requested and submit it to Bruce A. Buxton by 5 P.M. the
day before the sale.
